Assessment Applications

The Assessment Factory has the ability to create infinite assessment instruments, each instrument with sections, questions, answers and triggers. 

Once each assessment is complete an automated process is run to report on the impact that the person assessed will have on the business, from staff resources to assets. 

The assessment module can be preconfigured with any one of the following instruments:  

Resident Assessment Instrument RAI for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS RAI) , MCDS, MDS, and Scottish Social Care Data Standards (SCDS).

Assessment for Older People minimum data set for community care (interRAI MDS-HC) Contact, Comprehensive and Overview Assessments.

The assessment module can also be populated with the relevant mental Health assessment Instrument.

Special assessments can be created and/or configured by your system administrator.
